CoStat is a data file editor and statistics program. CoStat can be used as a stand-alone program and it is the data file editor built into CoPlot (see 'Datafile' on CoPlot's menu). CoStat looks a lot like a spreadsheet, but it is really like a 'table' from a database program, since it gives each column a name, only stores data (not formulas) in cells, and stores just one type of data (integer, floating point, text string, boolean, etc.) in each column. CoStat's spreadsheet can handle any number of columns and rows (you'll run out of disk space before you exceed it's capacity).
