Using QuickLog

The log format is created by using a mouse to drag and drop items onto the page:

Log data is entered in QuickLog using an editor with eight sections separated by tabs. You may specify any scale and print logs over multiple pages. You choose the columns to be shown under "Report Parts." Using Report Parts, you can add, delete, and rearrange the items on your log diagram instantly. Under "Map File," you may show a map file saved in .DXF or .BMP format.

To speed description writing in QuickLog, you may create lists of often-used description text items. Then, when you click on them using the mouse, the text is automatically added to the description text box:

As you enter data, you may periodically preview the drawing on the screen. Once on the screen, you may zoom in and out, pan, print, or export to .DXF and .DWG files. Logs can be printed in Portrait, Landscape, and Tabloid (11 x 17 inches) orientations.
